We often get questions regarding Mango's family, her sisters, her clothing size, what happens to her 'tail' in a diaper and very often, her mailing address. While Mom is busy caring for Mango and her family, researching, and helping others, its sometimes difficult to respond as quickly as she would like.
We have addressed some commonly asked questions & hopefully this information will be helpful!
What is the mailing address for cards and letters?

I want to send a donation by check..who do I make it out to?
Checks donations should be made out to "Mango on a Mission". Thank you!
I want to start making monthly donations. How can I set that up?
Mango's Mission is grateful for the donations we receive to continue our work. On our donations page there is the option of making either a one time donation or a continuing monthly donation. You can choose the amount you wish to donate, either once, or monthly and unsubscribe at any time.
I sent my card/gift, but I didn't see it posted on Facebook?
Judy and Mango try very hard to make sure that pictures are taken of gifts or cards that they receive. Sometimes the day gets a little busy (with four pups that can happen!) and it might not be addressed on the day it is received. Rest assured, every item, card, letter or gift is appreciated and Mango will try to say thank you for each and every one of them! Check back to her Facebook page often...it might just pop up when you least expect it.
Can you feature, publicize or promote my pet in a contest?
As much as Mango would like to promote your pet in a contest, and we know you love them dearly, there are so very many requests to do so that Mango must remain impartial.
If the contest is to directly benefit Mango's Mission to provide wheel carts for injured or disabled pets or if it is related to helping a shelter desperately in need, the request will not be honored. Many requests are received each month, but we cannot address each one. If you still feel that Mango's support is imperative, then please submit proof of the proceeds from the contest as to where the funds will be used to benefit animals in need.

What size 'Onesie" or outfit does Mango wear?
Mango wears baby clothing size 6-9 months.
How often is Mango's diaper changed every day? And what happens to her 'tail'?
Mango's diaper gets changed approximately 5 times a day. Mango's tail is also very small..just about 2-3 inches...it fits right inside the diaper!
How old is Mango and her 'sissies' and what are their names and birthdays?
Mango is 4 -Birthday - October 11
Abby - Age 8 Birthday - October 23, 2009.
Past surgeries - Both rear legs patella surgery.
Gallbladder removal. Autoimmune disorder

How much does a cart cost?
The cost of a cart varies on the size and need. Full support carts can run as high as $700.00. Rear support carts start at $380.00 and increase in price accordingly. Larger cart, more costly.
Can I sponsor a cart for a pet who needs one?
You sure can, and we thank you!! You can choose to either sponsor a cart for a particular pet or you can sponsor one randomly. Either way, the assistance is very much appreciated. Just let us know if there a particular one in mind, and we will make sure to mention your name or the special day it is for...your anniversary, birthday or holiday.
If I don't receive an item I ordered, what do I do?
We ask that you don't use the contact form on our first page to make a shopping inquiry - that is only if you require a cart for an injured or disabled pet. There is a contact button on our "shop"page that will allow you, via email, to contact us directly. Please use that to find out if you item has shipped, is in transit, or lost. Messages are checked every 24-48 hours and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
I don't have a PayPal account..can I still buy an item?
You don't need a Pay Pal account to make a purchase to support Mango's Mission. There is an area on the payment page that allows you to use a standard bank issued Debit or Credit Card to make the purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover for all purchases. If you sell out of an item, will there be any more?
We try to keep the products fresh and exciting...so we do buy an ample amount to 'meet the need'. However, we also have a large following, so if you see something listed and you want it, we suggest placing your order as soon as possible to make sure you get a chance!
How long does it take to get an item I ordered?
Please allow 7-10 days to receive your item in the mail. All shipping is done on a first come-first serve basis and is done by our devoted volunteers. If you haven't received an item you ordered within 3 weeks, contact us using the form on the 'Shop' page to inquire of the status.
